FAQ

All our items are made to order and will usually be dispatched within 5-7 working days from date of purchase. This does not include weekends or bank holidays. If for any reason there is a delay we will email you as soon as possible and keep you up to date with your orders progress.

Yes, all of our parcels are sent via recorded delivery which requires a signature at the provided shipping address. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched but do not panic if you receive a dispatch mail and know that nobody will be at the address. A card will be left with instructions to either reschedule or collect your parcel in person from the closest depot.

We are currently only setup to dispatch to UK addresses. If you live outside of the UK and would like to purchase from us please get in touch via info@rawadventure.uk and we will do everything we can to send you your desired items. Please note additional shipping costs will be added.
